Description:
Primary natural source of DIM is 3-Indolylcarbinol (I3C) which is from cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli and kale etc. Its functions include managing hormone levels such as testosterone and estrogen. It may help to manage menstrual symptoms, maintain healthy weight, and support prostate health. In sport nutrition, it also may increase muscle mass with exercise.
